Goldman Sachs Off-Cycle interview questions

30minute Phone interview first, then a full day of 10 on-site interviews with members of the MA team, from analysts to MDs. Each interview with 2-3 people. Met the whole team, st least the people who were in town.

Wasn't that structured. Questions were more based on my experiences and achievements. They were in depth though. First interview was behavioral. Second was technical, but the focus was mainly on the past experiences you had (Investments, proposals etc.) Then the last two interviews were with two MDs. Overall positive experience.
