Super organized, felt like I knew what was going to happen each time. Never felt left in the dust at all. 1st interview – 30 minute conversation with a Sales Recruiter. She is SOOOO friendly, one of the best interviews of my life. She asks super basic questions (what is your current role, why sales, why HubSpot, what is interesting to you, what is motivating, what questions do you have for me) 2nd interview – cold calling with a BDR manager. He was sweet, not as engaged, but overall went really well. Practice, practice, practice your cold calling. Look up their script and ensure you know what you're going to be saying. He asked me a few questions about myself, gives you feedback, and asks if you have any questions for him (if I didn't come prepared with questions, this interview would've lasted 15-minutes) 3rd – Two 30-minute interviews with 2 BDR Managers. These were more behavioral based competency questions. Very friendly, casual, getting to know you and your interests/motivations. I got an email the night after my 3rd interview asking to chat on Monday on Zoom by the recruiter. It was pretty obvious that I got the position, but she kept it vague.
