J.P. Morgan Implementation Manager interview questions

- 3 stage interview - Met multiple people from different departments (e.g. Sales, Relationship Management, Implementation) - Because I met about 8 different people over the course of the interview process, repeating myself became somewhat annoying - Very fair and open discussions - Friendly atmosphere - Challenging questions

It's a fairly lengthy process as expected of an investment bank. Overseas interviewers were pretty welcoming, but have to say the Japanese interviewers were quite cold and brief. No opportunity for even asking questions, no smiles, typical of the traditional style culture.
