Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A difficult question was to what my style was in dealing with a difficult client and how to manage them.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Austin, TX)
Interview
Easy. It was arranged on Microsoft Teams, and they were all easygoing people. It was not difficult. Just be prepared talk about your career and the things you have done.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Manchester, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
The interview was scheduled for a Friday and it was postponed 5 minutes before the start time. Friendly interviewers. Relaxed conversation about my experience. Interviewers could not hide that they were happy with what I was presenting. Their exact words was that ‘this is music to my ears’. I have given a few interviews in my lifetime and consider myself experienced enough to understand if an interview went well or not. I would bet that the interview went really well, only to be proved wrong by a call about a week later by the recruiter (who was yawning to my face in our first interview), to say the had nothing for me, An absolute waste of my time and a terrible experience.
