The interview process was as follows:
1. Role overview with technical recruiter
2. Take home code / test design challenge
3. Zoom interview with QA Manager + Leads
4. Optional meet and greet with team
Overall, the interview experience was very professional. The recruitment team went above and beyond to ensure every question I had was answered, and I really enjoyed my conversations with the QA team. I can see why Leap Dev has such positive Glassdoor reviews.
