Very thorough interview process. Screening, first round, second round, and technical testing and reference checks. Overall, good process. It is best if they let you know of the full expected timeframe from the beginning.

A 4-round process with take-home being the main tech component. Interesting take-home, which seemed close to what the business does, with all other questions being around previous experience. After reference checks, an offer was given.
