phone interview.
asked to use their online chat software, the interview went fine, the software was crap. we were suppose to do the 'online white-borad' thing, but the software keep failing, at the end, we have to use skype instead.
on site.
half day interview, start early at 7:30 am , finished at around 1pm.
meet 5 people, each take 45 minutes.
redmond was a nice place, we stay next to some shopping center, lot's of stuff to do there.
