Interview
The interview loop started with HR and onsite interview.
HR phone and 1x1 onsite interview:
Process: HR covered most basis questions and review the initial compensation package during the 1x1 on-site interview.
Advice: Do not get into too much details of the compensation package during the initial HR interview.
On-site Interviews:
Process: Covered a lot of questions during the on-site interview including my experience and qualifications. The interview went well with the hiring manager.
Advice: Be comfortable to talk about your experience and skills. Be yourself.
1x1 Onsite interview with the GM (General Manager:
Process: Asked a lot of behavious interview questions during the 1x1 interview.
Advice: Be prepare to ask behavious type interview questions.
The interview was very informative. The people I interviewed with were knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. They asked great questions and listened to what I had to say.
