Interview
The interview process is pretty good for me, it's smooth, and the recruiting is very responsive. I got a referral, and got my resume screened by a person. Got my 1st phone interview, and my final round after 3 weeks. And get an offer in 4-5 days.
Problem Solving - If an engineer comes to you, saying that they aren't able to make the deadline, how do you plan to resolve it? (The feature that they are making is a show-stopper)
