Interview
4 interview stages with three managers. First with hiring manager, then technical, then behavioural and then with another manager again. process took about 3 weeks recruiter stayed in touch throughout. Then radio silence and never heard another word
3 Algo & Data structure questions and 1 design question. The questions needed you to understand patterns more than actual coding. Eg. When to buy and sell stocks. The interviewer can advance the question to with or without cool down

Either resumes are filtered by a glitchy software or by incompetent and clueless recruiters.
I have 20 years of experience in managing engineers but 5 minutes after I applied for the job I got an email saying that I didn’t have enough experience. What a joke!
