Multiple layers of interviews, extremely hard to get a job with them, they prefer to higher within. MS employees jump around alot and I have applied for many jobs and in the end, they hired internally.

Typical behavioral interview process. STAR format style interview questions. Why do you want to work at Microsoft, tell me about a time questions, greatest strengths, greatest weaknesses. Consisted of a recruiter screening, and three back to back interviews with senior and principal PMs.

It was a level II and it was a great chat with the interviewer. More questions about my past experience, how I handled new features, change of requirements and my thoughts about AI replacing or writing code.
