Interview
Approach a Microsoft guy at the career fair. Few weeks later got an e-mail saying that they would like to schedule an on-campus interview. Here, they ask you a basic question about your resume, and why do you want to work for Microsoft. After four weeks got an email that they want to fly me out to Seattle for an all-day interview process. The process itself is pretty tiring but they pay for everything, which is nice, and all people are really nice to you.
The interview begin with shortlisting candidate after which 2 rounds of interview rounds begin with first round as technical followed by Hiring Manager Round. The interview experience was smooth within the given time slot. The candidate need to join the teams calls with their recruitment team and get your interview done.

They asked me about the flexibility and growth mindset and introduced and cs fundamentals.
Well they asked more about DSA and the thought process, one of them went deep dive into my projects' codebase as well. The process was good they were happy and welcoming, though the process took more time than it should have.

There were 2 rounds in total. First was a technical round. Second was an HR round. In technical, DSA (sorting, linked lists), Java, DBMS and questions on the projects you have done mentioned in the given resume were asked. In HR behavioral and scenario based questions were asked.
