Was contacted for a phone interview. Passed it. Was invited in Sydney office for a face to face interview. Standard questions on experience, skills, attitude. People on the panel were friendly. Did not get a job, but overall was a good experience. Was asked a lot about my ability to communicate with a team. Emphasis on a company work culture

Standard 2 part interview with traders and team leaders. A few technical and a few personality/scenario questions. Overall experience was positive and recruiter was diligent and active in responding to follow questions.
