As a values led organisation, our culture interview stage has been designed as a final stage in every interview process, to gauge your values alignment to our organisation. Any prospective employee needs to successfully clear this stage, to secure employment with Prospa.
The questions are behavioural questions, they are open ended, and we look for example-based answers that demonstrate an alignment to our values. The questions are identical for all candidates, and the interviews are conducted Prosparian's that have been trained up to effectively conduct these interviews. We receive overwhelmingly positive feedback around this stage of the process and the opportunity to ask our Culture Ambassadors unbiased, bold, open and real feedback about their experience working at Prospa.
