I applied online. I interviewed at Rio Tinto (Melbourne) in Apr 2023
Interview
Applied online. Sent my CV. I was sent a personality test and then had to do online cognitive tests which were interactive and timed. The tests were basic cognitive tests and the personality test gave you feedback about what your strengths are.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rio Tinto (Perth, Western Australia)
Interview
Online via Teams. Department Manager/Senior and HR recruiter. Both were really likeable and easy to get to know. Introductions then mainly behavioral questions, motivation questions not many technical. Overall good vibes. Enough time for questions, so have some ready
I interviewed at Rio Tinto (Salt Lake City, UT) in Dec 2021
Interview
I was interviewed by three people with who I would be interacting during the program. They were polite, kind and gave great advice for someone entering the workforce. They asked about my educational background, my aspirations, explained the roles that would be involved, and then asked me to determine which role would suit my strengths. Nothing particularly unexpected.
