The initial communication was a phone interview from the person who would be my direct manager. Question varied from personal issues (biggest accomplishment, how do you handle stress, what have you learned from the MBA program) to later on talk about marketing (how do you survey, how do you analyze results, how do you make decisions based on that, what kind of questions would you ask customers etc) Then a second interview was with his manager, asking more general questions about my past experience, wanting to (obviously) hear how it is directly correlated to the internship at stake. Lastly, an HR and salary talk was initiated

I applied for a handful of internships at the Newtown Square headquarters when a manager reached out to set up an in-person interview. The interview was extremely conversational, asking mostly about previous work experiences, why SAP?, career ambitions... etc. About a week later I was told an offer would be extended shortly. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, genuine and provide insights to why they love working for SAP! I can't say enough positive things about my interview experience.
