Very straight and simple process, Initial communication is through the internal recruiters who set up the interview with the Hiring manager. Normally there are at least 2 interviews one with Hiring Manager and the other by his boss or head of the department. Following which this goes to the HR for further negotiations on salary, On most part you get offered a great salary for your experience and skills and the role that you have applied for.
