I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SAP
Interview
2 interviews. 1 by phone with HR, 1 with hire manager, that included a short english test to check level. They gave an idea on how is a day at the office with the team.
Was very formal, the hiring manager did not seem too interested to really get to know me - I actually got the job but the interview setup was quite unprofessional (The hiring manager wanted to introduce me to the team, left me there, did not come back and did not make any remarks before leaving how the interview process might continue)
