      I interviewed at SAP

      Interview

I have applied on the SAP Career Center website. Then I had a phone call two or three days later from Poland, where SAP's HR Talent Acquisition unit is located. As it was an inconvenient time for me to answer the phone call, so they contacted me via e-mail at the same time asking for a new time for the initial interview. Then the HR recruiter contacted me exactly in that time that we have discussed previously and asked for basic information regarding my CV, for example: BA; MA, and subjects that were covered; title and topic of my theses; my work experiences and responsibilities; and all other relevant informations of my CV. The last two questions dealt with my availability and salary expectations. The interview lasted for about 11 or 12 minutes.

      Question 1

There was no difficult or unexpected one. However, if I have to name one, I would say the most unexpected question was about my programming skills, as this job does not required strong progamming skills according to the job announcement.
