The interview consisted of 3 rounds: 1. Pre-screening call 2. Functional skill interview - Interview with 3 designers with a couple of challenges (prototype an object according to user need, design review) and talking about the experience (portfolio ). 3. Hiring manager interview - Meeting future people manager, learning about project structure, future responsibilities. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

The interview includes portfolio review wth group/panel, design exercise, one on one. The interviewers were all very friendly and gave very constructive criticism on my portfolio. From my one on one, the company felt like a very nice place to work at.
