Very structured and organised, it was more like an interaction with the senior colleagues in the system and couple of scenario based questions.
There was an overall of 3 - 4 round of interview starting with a Senior recruiter and went up to the Hiring Manager and Director

What has your experience been in working with global stakeholder management?
The process is based on culture and capability, as the company is dynamic and often undergoes changes which some people might find stressful. You have to be open minded and have a passion in a fast paced but rewarding environment. Usually 2-3 rounds, expect to be challenged on motivation as well as soft and hard skills.

El proceso de selección duró un mes, en el cual tuve 4 entrevistas. Las entrevistas fueron en inglés y portugués. Lo negativo fue que no me dijeron el sueldo a cobrar hasta la última entrevista.
