There was an interview with a division manager and a direct manager. The questions were broad. Some were behavioral, while others were designed to test my experience level and subject matter knowledge.

What do you think makes you a good fit for this role?
Very smooth and easy going, felt more like a chat than an interview. My interviewer seemed genuine in learning more about each person they were interviewing and asked more personal questions rather than about the skills.
