Applied directly through the company's webpage and 3 weeks later I got an e-mail from a recruiter with an invitation for a phone interview. The interview was directly with the hiring manager - very friendly and polite, did not ask hard of behavioural questions. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, asked questions regarding my experience and we also went through a small case study related to the specific position. Two days later I got an offer. Overall great experience!
