I got ghosted. I was excited because my interview went well. And I never heard back from the interviewer. Its sad given today's market. I know that basically means I am out but atleast could have mailed back with bad or good feedback or maybe some rejection mail atleast.

Technical and personality interview, plus a test which looks like a McKinsey PST. You need to be to understand matrixes / charts, make sense of data, and play well with numbers.
