Phone screening by recruiter, then video call on Teams with the principal. Then, except the interview with the hiring manager (head of). There could be another interview with the regional VP.

Disappointing experience. Communication was poor, as several emails to the recruiter went unanswered. The second interview felt unstructured—interviewers were unfamiliar with the role I applied for and asked technical questions, despite the position not being technical in nature and my background clearly not being technical either. Additionally, they didn’t turn on their cameras, making the interaction impersonal and uncomfortable. After making a serious effort throughout the process, I received an automated rejection email, which added to the overall negative experience. I hope these aspects can be improved for future candidates.
