I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (Atlanta, GA) in June 2017
Interview
Started with three initial phone interviews. Two with recruiters and the third was with a manager from the team. All went well and I was invited to come onsite for a chrono interview. We went through my resume bottom to top explaining each decision and role. This was with two hiring managers. From there, was asked back to give a presentation. This highlights who you are, what drives you, a deal win review amongst others-about a 8-10 deck preso.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
