Interview
I had a fabulous experience interviewing for this position. Salesforce really showed their commitment to my candidacy, and assigned me to a 1:1 coach who provided valuable feedback along the way. She set me up for success at my final round interview, which was an in-person presentation mock demo. I did not feel at any point that there were any "trip-ups", and the recruiter was also regularly checking in to ensure the process went smooth. I was referred by a fellow employee, and everything moved very quickly; all in all, took about 3 weeks to interview and receive an offer.

Describe how you handle competing responsibilities and how you would approach working with a new employee.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.
