Interview
2 rounds of Zoom call interviews with a huge focus on determining if you are a cultural fit for the company. Interviewers were knowledgable, warm and extremely supportive. I was very impressed by the huge panel of interviewers at the final round, consisting of Senior Directors and current SEs in the graduate programme. Made me feel that the team is very bonded and hands on with new hires.

The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Milan)
