It was 3 round process. First 2 rounds cover product management basics like strategy, design and behavioural questions. Last round with hiring manager covered product design and behavioural questions.
The first 2 rounds are crucial to clear and don’t affect the results of each. The combined result is taken into consideration to move further. Post results no negotiation on compensation as they consider themselves a pay master.

- Tell about your most excited product/ feature launch that has been the highlight
Round 3 (hiring manager)
- Tell me about yourself
- Why leave the previous company which is at a growth trajectory
- Are you sure of leaving it
- What do you dislike in a colleague
- How do work with people whom you don’t like
- Design a scheduler for clinic/ hospital admin to best utilise doctors time
- How do you ensure three way verification of a feature
- How many years of client interaction you have had and to what capacity
- What are your strengths and weaknesses if I ask your current manager
- What are your strengths and weaknesses if I ask your engineering manager
Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.
