Interview
First you start with a First screening from the Job Recruiter. In a next phase the door will be opened towards your future direct manager in a 121 interview. When that runs out well, you will be invited for a Panel Presentation where typically 3-5 selected persons will be participate into. As a last step, you will be invited for an interview with the regional VP from the wider region.

Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
