Two step process. First was a panel interview with SRE leads and senior devops engineer. Very conversational and relaxed approach. They were quite open and were happy to answer all my questions. Second was with the head of engineering more of a cultural fit interview. He was happy to talk about the vision and roadmap and the plans for the year.
They made me an offer via the recruiter that I was liasing with. The offer was very good but sadly had to say no as there was another offer slightly better. But otherwise would have loved to join them and work with them. Work culture appeared quite flexible and positive in general
