I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Uber (Ciudad de Mexico)
Interview
I solved a case, sent a pdf with the results and then I got a video interview.
The worst interview experience of my life! The guy didn't even look at me when I spoke, he said the case had instructions it didn't and when I tried to explain this he just interrupted me with 'whatever' and moved on. I was so angry and unmotivated at this point that I didn't want to continue so I didn't even listen to the analysis questions. I just wanted to finish this interview from hell! At the end, when I asked a question about the nature of the position, he gave me a 'that's a stupid question' look.
He then asked me if I was available asap to fill in the position. As if! Never ever ever will I consider again to work with Uber and I will make sure to spread the word on this.
Honestly, everyone deserves to be treated with respect, such a shame.

Interview
First interview was with their recruiter. Then, I solved a set of problems for a week. Working on those problems was actually pleasant. Then, I talked to their hiring manger to discuss more about the position and to answer the manager's questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Uber (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview was quite easy but then I was asked to do a research proposal in 2 hours. I thought I did an alright job, but two hours was not that much time. They did not call me back.
