Interview
Contacted someone on LinkedIn per their post about the position, finish a problem set, then go on onsite. All of the interviewers were sharp and knew their jobs very well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Uber (New York, NY)
Interview
Employee referral. I received interview a few days later for phone screen and scheduled another interview for hiring manager. I was given one exercise to work on. During the second interview, it was really bad experience because I had only 3-4 minutes to go through the exercise. I had some new ideas to add and some problems to discuss about the exercise, but I had no time. Moreover, I don't know what he used to call, the quality of calling was bad. You cannot hear clearly sometimes.
