HR should learn how to have a conversation and be knowledgeable about the job to ask followup questions and engage prospective associate.
Another reason why 99% of the time the HR phone screen is about as good as the computer programs that scan resumes for key words for determining if you are a viable candiddate
Thorough, 3+ months and several loops, a take home case that you present in front of a panel and Q&A. Lots of behavioral questions and detailed in the trees questions from the hiring team

What type of metrics did you use to understand retention and growth with your experiment?
I've reached only first round of interview with hiring manager. She was friendly and explained me the stages. But I felt that I am not going to the next round of interviews.

Only made it through the recruiter screening. It felt very rushed during the conversation. It didn’t last long at all. Maybe 15 minutes. I received an automated rejection email within 36 hours
