Interview
It was pretty laidback. There were a handful of mini meetings with 1-2 team members. The hiring manager provided a tour of the building. Uber paid for my transportation to and from the interview.

I had my initial phone screen. It was a pretty standard phone conversation, asking me to talk about my background and then talking about the role. There was nothing out of the ordinary and I wasn't caught off-gaurd by anything.
