I had a very good interview experience overall. The interviewers were really nice, friendly, and respectful, which made the whole process feel comfortable and not intimidating. They created a welcoming environment and made the conversation flow naturally. I felt like they genuinely listened to my answers and were interested in getting to know me as a person, not just judging me. Their positive attitude really helped me feel more confident and calm throughout the interview.

I interviewed with Uber. The recruiters were friendly and communicated the next steps. Hiring manager was great and asked good questions. After my final interview I expected to hear something, anything and crickets. It's disappointing to spend time and energy on interviews and not have any feedback or follow-up. Not sure why they are on systems that can't do an automatic rejection email?
