Interview
Applied Online through their website. Got a call in few days and was asked to take a Online test after some basic questions about background etc. The test includes 20 questions with 13 ques on a Excel CSV file and 7 open-ended ques. They basically test your data mgmt. skills. Anyone can get through if they know how to work around the pivot tables (not a big matter, even i learnt it after going through other reviews). Open-ended ques include replying to some e-mails from disgruntled riders and explaining Uber to riders and drivers. After the test the phone interview was done. Some Uber-specific questions which needs a lot of knowledge about their processes. They throw their practical problems before you and ask you to provide solutions. My only suggestion is to do a lot of research on Uber and their processes before the interview. Some test ques,
1.Which day had the most completed trips?
2. What percentage of zeroes during the two week period occurred on weekends?
3. Highest number of completed trips?
4. If you could add 5 drivers to any single hour which hour would it be?

2. If the Uber app was down, how'll u placate the drivers?
3. How will u prevent the drivers from committing fraud for incentives?

Interview
The process was smooth and professional overall. First spoke with a recruiter, followed by a video interview focused on operations, problem-solving, and communication skills. Interviewers were friendly and explained the role clearly. The process moved fairly quickly.
The interview was very smooth and the hiring manager was able to answer the questions that I had regarding the company. Many behavioral questions and questions about the company. Make sure to do research on values and company goals!

La primera entrevista es con Recursos humanos para conocer más de la vacante y del aplicante. Hay una segunda entrevista que es con el manager de la posición, y se decide si te mandan a panel o no. En caso de ser positivo se te envía un caso de negocios que tienes que resolver en cierto tiempo (depende del caso) y se presenta.
