It was three interviews in total, including a creative writing exercise before the second interview takes place. The last interview it definitely the hardest - consider this the boss monster level. All other interviews were easy. All interviews were conducted over the phone, or Skype. I think as long as you have some sort of customer service/relations job in the past, you'll have the common sense enough to get this job.
