Be prepared for lots of situational questions and the ability to walk the interviewer through prospecting methodology. At the end of the day the role is heavily sales related and your KPIs/compensation reflects this.

The recruiter was great, but the hiring manager was distracted and wasn't listening to me. I felt like he already had a candidate in mind for the role. He asked me to sell him the product and services. The job applied for was not a sale role. Also, I was told that I wasn't being moved along in the process because I didn't have experience in the financial industry. 1. the recruiter knew that 2. not listed on the posting and 3. hiring manager never asked an industry specific question

Interview process was easy. A phone interview followed by a Teams call. The recruitment agent I worked with was pleasant and explained the details of the process. Overall a good experience.
