A recruiter reached out to me to see if I was interested in a new role on the marketing team. We had a great first conversation and he said he would show my profile to the hiring manager. I didn't get selected to move forward for that role, but a few weeks later, he reached out again to check in about another new role that was better suited to my background. With this role, I did end up speaking with the hiring manager. I ultimately didn't end up getting moved forward, but the initial recruiter was fantastic. Recruiters always promise to keep you in mind for future roles, and this was the first time one did! Overall the initial steps of the interview process was easy to navigate and very organized. Both the recruiter and the hiring manager were very engaging and reflected a positive culture.
