Wells Fargo Engineering Manager interview questions

Interview process was pathetic. Nothing technical. Interviewer was showing off, too much attitude asked me to repeat answers because she was not focussed. at the end when I asked what are accountabilities of Engineering Manager, he was bluffing.

The interview process is all pre-scripted. It's the same set of questions for all people who are interviewed to help ensure it is consistent. That part is fine but it lacks any sort of conversation, making it hard to get a feel for a good fit with the hiring manager.
