Worked with a military talent acquisition rep and helped me find the right position. Phone screening with the recruiter with behavioral based questions that lasted about 30 minutes. Next round was a panel interview with hiring manager and next higher manager with behavioral based questions. All of it was through Zoom but it was easy to make the situation comfortable
