- process began by submitting online application - second step: online behavioural-based questions - third step: online video interview, approx. 25 minutes - fourth: group assessment day and 1-on-1 interviews An overall negative experience. Was given 4 days notice to attend the assessment centre, was unable to make it due to personal loss - hiring team were unwilling to make an exception and stated “we will not consider your application if you don’t attend the assessment day” and “we will give your spot to someone else” That aside, I’ll be applying again next year.
