I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Virts Corner, VA) in Sept 2021
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn and the recruiter and hiring manager were really nice. I wish I could write the same about the technical interviewer.
Recruiter - Phone call, explained the process. She was very senior and really nice throughout the interview process.
Hiring (Tech) Manager - Discussion about the team requirement, asked a few tech questions if I fit in with the requirements and there were few behavioral questions too.
Tech HackerRank - Out of the 45 mins, the interviewer asked technical questions for 20-25 mins and allowed only 15-20 mins for the Hackerrank questions. He did not understand the solutions I provided and was just waiting for the program to not run. I shared the answers with a few of my friends and they said you had the most optimal answers for the question. I wished he had shared my answers with his colleague or another member of his team. The only thing I missed was a line (i++;j++;) and I wished I was provided a minute more to verify. My bad luck but no regrets on missing out.
The overall process was good except for the last interviewer who I wish could be trained how to conduct technical interviews.
Feedback to Workday - I suggest training some of the software developers on how to conduct technical interviews.
Feedback to the potential candidate - Please request the interviewer to start the hacker rank test early as the time scheduled is only 45 minutes and if you get the interviewer I got then you will only get 15 minutes to solve the question.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Boulder, CO) in Mar 2023
Interview
Interview process was fairly quick. I had an intro HM interview and then a quick succession of interviews for the final round. There was a great deal of scheduling confusion around the interviews, and ironically for a company that sells an HR product, their ATS/scheduling system was very cumbersome.

Question 1
There was a question with some python code that processed data and I was asked to refactor it.
