I applied online. I interviewed at Workday (Boulder, CO) in May 2026
Interview
There were 4 interviews in the cycle.
The first was a traditional behavioral interview, standard "tell me about a time that..." questions. The second was conversational technical, and the third was a coding technical
The final was strange, more of a behavioral/culture fit conversational interview. The interviewer asked about projects I'd been working on that I was excited about.

Question 1
What does observability look like in a multi-agent application?
Really friendly interview process, the usual behavioral questions. Very little coding questions and all.
Be prepared to talk about past work, strengths, weakness etc. Also research the role and job description carefully.

I applied online. I interviewed at Workday (Chennai) in May 2026
Interview
I applied for the position through the company website and I was contacted by the recruiter. The recruiter was very professional and explained to me in detail on the interview steps, after which I was sent an email asking me to select the time slot for the first step which is the hiring manager round.
Had a good conversation with the hiring manager. The discussions were on the projects which I have worked on.
After the first round there has been no contact by the recruitment team till today. When I tried reaching out, I was ignored.
I think these days companies are sunsetting the rejection email feature to save the cost or may be it is handled by AI , which might be thinking that such human courtesy is not required.
