Wonderful representation of the positive culture I've heard so much about. - Quickly scheduled for a interviewed with the hiring manager over zoom. The interview flowed smoothly and we discussed a good amount about the role, team, my previous experiences working in a similar capacity and my overall technical accounting skillset. While the interview was productive, it flowed like a conversation which was refreshing. During the conversation I realized this position might be quit the stretch for me technically and ultimately decided to withdraw. The recruiter and I have exchanged emails and connected on LinkedIn as we're waiting for a position to come available that is a better fit for me and where I'm at in my career.
