Job Description:
At TJX Australia, we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in supporting this by maintaining a visible presence in-store, deterring theft through proactive customer engagement, and contributing to a strong culture of safety and integrity.
This is a full-time position, offering a mix of weekday and weekend shifts within standard retail trading hours. You will receive annual leave and personal leave entitlements, along with an hourly rate, including penalty rates for evenings (after 6pm), weekends and public holidays.
