The opportunity
Join our Path Out Program as a Project Finance Analyst in this 1 year fixed-term full-time opportunity.
You will partner with the Project Finance Manager to deliver strong financial oversight across a high‑priority transformation initiative.
You’ll manage end‑to‑end financial operations including invoice processing, month‑end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with the approved business case.
Working closely with Project Managers, Program Managers and vendors, you will provide insightful financial analysis, track program performance and identify risks and opportunities.
This role plays a key part in supporting decision‑making, maintaining financial governance, and helping restore customer billing and payments services.
Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end invoice processing, including purchase orders, validation and supplier queries
Deliver accurate and timely month‑end reporting, including accruals, reconciliations and analysis
Partner with stakeholders to track costs, monitor budgets and provide variance insights
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by analysing financial and operational data
Maintain financial controls, documentation and compliance with governance and audit requirements
Skills & Experience
Experience in project finance or accounting, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Strong knowledge of month‑end processes, including accruals, journals and reconciliations
Proven ability to manage invoice processing and resolve financial discrepancies
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, TechOne)
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly
