The Role

As a Telegram Moderator, you’ll be the guardian of the space—making sure chats stay active, respectful, and aligned with community guidelines. You’ll be part of a wider team ensuring the Telegram channels remain a safe, fun, and engaging place for all. If you’re sharp, fair, and fast with your reactions, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Telegram chats and moderate according to community rules
• Address spam, trolls, and off-topic content quickly and effectively
• Respond to basic community queries and escalate as needed
• Maintain a welcoming and inclusive tone at all times
• Provide real-time support during product launches and events
• Flag issues, feedback, and potential risks to the core team

What You Bring:

• 1+ years experience moderating online communities or social groups
• Strong understanding of Telegram features and moderation tools
• Cool-headed, fair, and quick to respond
• Detail-oriented and community-focused
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Interest in tech, culture, and community engagement
