    The money was the only reason I stayed for two years, if I could have, I would have walked out after training like most from my hire did.

    Cons

    Toxic work environment, no support just KPIs to hit, The staff were all in bed with each other, management had favorites, almost no chance of promotion, and once COVID hit, we essentially became an afterthought to them while working from home
