    Pros

    It was an amazing 4 years for me working at Telstra. I’ve had opportunity to work across many areas and the people are awesome. The support for employees is amazing and it will be difficult to find another organisation with same values and support.

    Cons

    T22 strategy impacted so many people and career progression wasn’t there. Other than that, no cons.

    Excellent Network and suite of Services and Products. Some of the staff are very talented Good training was provided

    Cons

    The poor back end support resulted in unnecessary problems for the customer Bureaucratic and political agendas outweigh logical changes that could be made to provide customers with a positive experience. Long work hours

    Remove top-heavy management that are disconnected with Telstra's Values Properly monitor flexible working Insist on the correct areas taking responsibility for problems and resolving them
