    too many level of management... staff outsourced to customers are treated like commodities. They worth of each staff are adjusted like retail stocks....clean them like half year clearance..

    Pros

    It is Australia's largest telecommunications company.

    Cons

    Draconian, top down, American style contact center management. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Everything is pushed back on you. Management is not supporting their staff, only ensuring you meet KPIs.

    Staff are your customers. Happy Staff = happy customers.
