    Pros

    Flexible Hour. Depend on you job you can work from home, make it back on reasonable times and not work weekends.

    Cons

    Restructures happen a lot in this company. It stops people from having a clear goal. And it makes it difficult for senior leaders to choose a direction

    Pros

    Opportunity to work in big projects, most people are very nice and polite

    Cons

    Poor people and resource management; a lot of unnecessary internal overhead; some people sit on their roles and do nothing for couple of months before they hand ball tasks to someone else in the last minute; some people take credits for others work in big projects, and their one ups don't care and promote/reward them as this will make their teams look great; unclear business vision and roadmap, a lot of products do not have commercial benefits and all the company do is paying different vendors,

    Setup a clear vision of business and product, protect and respect individual intelligence property even everyone agrees it is owned by Telstra
