    Excellent structure, communcation and training. Shift swapping and something different to do.

    Cons

    Restrictive shifts and holidays, have to organise a day off over christmas 2 years in advance with no guarantee.

    You can't move every useful job to India, employ more australians instead of trying to save the share price.

    entirely based on politics,

    a boys club. managers keeping people around that make them look good
    they haven't been about to speed up in a long time, since before the Americans were put in charge.
    "Digitisation" has failed repeatedly, as so many people only know their little but. not the why or how of it.
    alot of downsizing to come.
    no management respect for staff, see the reducing pay over the nexr=t few yars,
    retrenchment protections being stripped

    let everyone see how sales are dont, cause the sales side for big things is a mess
    share the benefits with the staff
