I have been working at Telstra full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    -Good diverse graduate program
    -Good base pay
-Offers flexibility, can work from home in some roles
-Got to travel to different states

    Cons

-Hours can be long and unpaid
-Some roles required me to push for learning and development (due to temporary nature of projects)
-Hard to increase salary or move up career without leaving the company

    Advice to Management

-Should offer more incentive to retain more loyal employees with Telstra knowledge
-Need more standardised ways of working particularly with projects or centralised PMOs that actually offer program support and assistance, rather than act as compliance
